Registration Form

To register for the conference, please fill out this registration form, and then send the completed form to Prof. Degang Liu at dliu@amt.ac.cn or fax to +86-10-62541689.

Registration Fees

All attendees should be registered. The registration covers technical sessions (regular registrations), welcome reception, conference banquet, tea/coffee breaks during the conference. Guest registration shall include reception, banquet, and some social activities and sightseeing during the conference.

$100 will be incremented onto academic registration categories for late registration after September 15, 2008. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Payment by US dollar or equivalent RMB is acceptable.
