Hotel Booking

The local organizer of OSB 2008 has negotiated an agreement with the hotel on a discounted conference rate at RMB 480 Yuan/night, or about US$70/night, for a deluxe twin room including buffet breakfast and service tax, subject to that all rooms for participants will be package booked through organizing committee.

If you want to stay at the hotel during the conference, please fill in the hotel booking form and send it to dliu@amt.ac.cn. Bookings before Oct 1, 2008 will be guaranteed.

The Lijiang Guanfang Garden Villa Hotel is located in the north end of the Shangri-La Boulevard of Lijiang town (see the map of Lijiang).

Local transportation to the hotel

The hotel is 28km from Lijiang Airport, about 45 minutes by taxi in good traffic. It would cost RMB 120 Yuan by taxi from the Airport to the hotel. The other option is to take the airport shuttle bus to downtown Lijiang, 15 Yuan/person for the shuttle bus and 10 Yuan from the bus terminal to the hotel by taxi.
